Nextbase.

The Brief.

We received a brief from Nextbase to create an impressive and impactful exhibition stand for CES, the World’s largest consumer technology and innovation expo, hosted in Las Vegas. The primary purpose of the exhibition stand was not only showcase the current range of dashcams and features, but also launch the brand new, 4K ‘622GW’ dashcam to the market. We were therefore challenged to create a stand that attracted attention, allowed for easy access to the product, and educated customers on the Nextbase brand.

The Solution.

Mosaic conceptualised, designed, manufactured and installed the entire exhibition stand for Nextbase at CES 2020 which involved 2D and 3D design to present the concept, producing technical CAD drawings ready for manufacture, procuring suppliers for all materials for the stand, managing logistics to the US via sea freight and installing the stand at the exhibition centre.

Key elements to the stands design included a ‘road’ walkway through the centre to allow for easy customer flow, 9-screen media wall, 3D holographic spinners, Podiums for individual dashcam products and features, two purpose built meeting rooms and a worktop cabinet with built-in fridge for refreshments.

A number of positive comments were received on the overall design and functionality of the exhibition stand, exceeding the client’s expectations and driving customer attention to the stand across the 4-day exhibition.

The Future.

Mosaic produce the production orders for both retail and subscription packaging and fulfil 1,000 parcels a day from our full bespoke pick and pack service on site.
